This shows you how you would prepare XSplit Broadcaster for your presentation if you were to use a
web cam, a media file and show part of your screen.
1. Open XSplit Broadcaster
Click on Start >> Programs >> XSplit >> XSplit Broadcaster.
2. Add Your Web Cam
Click on File >> Add Camera ... and select your web camera from the list.
Tip: XSplit Broadcaster makes it easier for you to see how much space a certain source (web cam, media file, screen region) is occupying thanks to source highlighting. So every time you highlight a source, you'll see a white outline around it. The best thing is that it's only seen in your stage and not shown in your streams. |
3. Add a Media File
Click on File >> Add Media ... and select any media file that you want to add.
4. Add a Part Of Your Screen
Click on File >> Add Screen Region ... and select the part of your screen that you want to show.
Tip: Want to reuse your sources? Just click File >> Save Presentation ... and type in a name and click Save. When you want to use it again, just click File >> Load Presentation .... and select the presentation you saved and click Open and your sources will magically reappear in XSplit Broadcaster. |
And you've just completed adding a web cam, media and screen region to your sources.
