This shows you how to integrate Skype™ with XSplit Broadcaster so that
you can provide commands and control Broadcaster from a remote location.
1. Open Skype
If your Skype is not running, start it up. If it's already open, then it’s just fine.
2. Enable Skype Interaction
Click on Tools >> Settings >> General and check the box called "Enable Skype interaction" then
click OK.
3. Allow XSplit Broadcaster To Access Skype
Accept the Skype notification that XsplitBroadcaster is requesting access to Skype.
4. Verify That XSplit Has Been Granted Access To Skype
In Skype, click on Tools >> Options >> Advanced and from "Advanced Settings:" click
"Manage other programs' access to Skype." You should see "XSplit.Core.exe" in the list.
If you don't see it, try disabling and enabling Skype Interaction in XSplit Broadcaster
while Skype is running.
Now, if you share your camera with your friends in Skype, they will be able to see all of the sources
(screen regions, web cams and media files) you put in XSplit Broadcaster.
5. Change the Scene Via Skype
Send the following message via Skype to the remote machine:
"XSplitBroadcaster ChangePreset Scene X", where X is any number from 1 - 12.
Once your message is received, XSplit Broadcaster running on the remote machine will change
the scene to the scene number you specified.
